Les Invincibles

The Legend of The Last of The Outlaw Truckers was featured last night on the hit French Language Canadian TV series Les Invincibles. They’re featuring the video for “Trucker Song” on their website and giving away a download of the track as well for those of you who haven’t already bought the album. Mis Amigos Contest Update

Hey, a lot of youse have been asking “what’s the big idea with the Mis Amigos Contest, mis amigos?” We have not forgotten you. Quite frankly, Mr Shankly, we were overwhelmed by the tremendous response. Have you ever been buried under an avalanche of remixes? Sure, it sounds fun, but that’s what killed Shep Pettibone. Anyway, really, thanks for the response, you guys.

Court, Zia, Pete, and Fatty have been going through all the mixes and it’s super tough to decide winners in a sitch like this, because they are pretty much all supercool. We should wind things down with this soon, though, so you can expect an announcement and a winner shortly.

Autotune

Alright I know how to solve this problem of Autotune® that is tearing this great nation apart. How about we do some songs with autotune and some without? Go ahead, call me crazy, because this is the same jibber jabber that comes from the same part of my brain that believes Dallas and Guadalajara are both cities in Texico. Like Austin. Which as soon as we have the technology will be transplanted to Eastern Oregon where it belongs.
