Donate To The Haiti Earthquake Relief Effort
January 20th, 2010If you have not donated to help the cause in Haiti, you can do so by going to you local Starbucks across the U.S. and Canada. The Starbucks Foundation will join your support by donating one million dollars (U.S.) to the American Red Cross in support of this effort.

There are many other charities doing good work as well if you want to donate but don’t have a Starbucks near you or for any reason have political concerns in donating to The Red Cross. Mercycorps and Doctors Without Borders are both reputable organizations that do excellent work. If you can’t donate money, giving blood to the Red Cross is another great way to help if you meet their medical criteria.
