Even I Would Never Say La-La Land

Now, I don’t normally (ever) go on the road with the band, but one thing I can tell you about The Dandy Warhols from me knowing them for 200 years is that I’m pretty sure — and mind you, I’m not there to witness what is actually transpiring — but I’m pretty sure that they are having the best time ever this weekend in L.A. Hopefully, when everyone’s hair is dry, we can get a full-ish report when they get home on Monday.

Lany says: Martine….sounds like your mouse has a mind of its own. lol. I cracked up when I read your posts. I had a problem myself a little while ago. I was commenting again of the OxFam blog, when right in the middle of my comment, my electric went out. I had to wait about 45 minutes for it to come back on, then start over on my comment. Tell your mouse to take a nerve pill and chill out ( Lol ).

Jennifer says: Ah yes, the twins. I find the whole playboy bimbo thing to be really nauseating and ridiculous. The event was for a good cause, and I support The Dandy Warhols participation, but I suspect they will have been amused rather than impressed by all the superficial nonsense of the “mansion”. It was probably an interesting mix of people and quite the (ahem) festive evening. Hopefully Courtney will have some colorful commentary and insights for us this week, and maybe a picture or two of all the beautiful people in lala land
