Hi Lany. While London Sleeps is on the Modernity album. I haven’t got access to the album this moment in time so can’t comment on which are my favourite tracks. (and I can never usually remember from song titles alone) Anyway, I downloaded this particular Album from E-Music (which is a super, cheap and legal place for indie, punk and alternative music) If you google E-music and then type The Wolfmen into the search field you can listen to the first few seconds of all the album tracks, (and singles) for free. Hopefully the you can make your own mind up. I will still try and get back with my personal faves soon

SillyBilly….I was just browsing iTunes again today, looking for something new (or, well, new to me atleast). I had never really heard anything by the Wolfmen, so on a whim…I purchased the song While London Sleeps. I love it. I wasn’t sure which song to buy first, but I decided to go with this song because I’ve had this thing for London guys lately…something about them. Anyway, I think I’ll go back and download somemore tunes by them. Got any faves or good recommendations?

“Modernity Killed Every Night” was the name of the album released last year. Like a pumped up modern T-Rex with lots of other bits thrown in including lots of Dandy type melodies. If you want to know what Iggy Pop would sound like singing for the Dandy Warhols then listen to track 3 and see if you agree.
