To become a member, click the download button - and you will be guided through new account creation process where you will create a unique username and password. After creating your account and reviewing your offer, there will be a secure credit card form for you to submit your information. Once you've purchased your annual membership, you will be able to download the album.
I wasn't asked for my mailing address, so how do you know where to send my CD and Poster?
Within one week of purchasing a membership, you will receive an email from The Dandy Warhols. This will include a special link to the online store where you will be able to claim your CD and poster. Please note that the posters will ship right away, but the CD will not ship until a week before the release (which will be in the Fall of this year). Keep in mind this email is separate from the email receipt you receive after purchasing a membership.
How are you going to be able to receive your 10% discount at the Dandy Warhols store?
The same section where you are able to claim your poster and CD will also allow you to receive a 10% discount on all merchandise purchases.
I purchased the membership - but the download button is asking me to buy again. How do I download?
Navigate to the main
login page and enter your username and password. Then paste the Dandy Warhols link http://www.dandywarhols.com/ in your address bar. Click on the download button and after your account is authenticated, you will see a membership confirmation with another button to download.
What type of quality are these downloads?
The Dandy Warhols wanted to make sure you had high quality downloads, so each track is encoded at 320 kbps and they are all DRM free! Since most of these tracks will live in the digital realm by and large, we feel that the high quality MP3 format we’ve chosen does the material, and you as a fan, justice.
Are you experiencing problems with downloading or purchasing?

If I sign up and forget to login for months on end, will I be able to catch up at any time on what I missed?
Yes, all of the songs are archived and available later on, so don't stress if you miss a few of the updates.
Can I give my login to my friend to use?
Everyone knows that in this day and age, anyone can find anything for free online if they just look hard enough! It’s our hope that The Dandy Warhol fans will use good judgment and act responsibly and respectfully in this department because the money you invest in a membership is also an investment in The Dandy Warhols' art and output. Just think of it as a “patronage” of sorts.
How are the pre-sale tickets going to work for the tours? Will fans worldwide be able to purchase them?
You will receive an email with information regarding the purchase of pre-sale tickets prior to the Dandy Warhols going on tour. Currently this only available in the US, however we are working to bring this to our international fans out there.
What happens if I have tried everything and I can not get the subscription to work?

When am I going to receive the other songs?
The subscription will be updated from time to time but we will always send you out an email so you will know when to come log back in to get your new music.
