Foxes
March 7th, 2009Alright we’re just about decided on the remixes of Amigos. It was very difficult since a multitude of genius remixers went ahead and got involved. Maybe we’ll announce on Monday.
Well, Denver again. That magical land where there’s no traffic jams. Really. I’ve never been in traffic in Denver.
Anyhoo check this out. This is one of the coolest installations I’ve seen anywhere. This is in the Denver Art Museum.
Heres what it looks like:

And here’s what it does with flash photography:

They’re having an exhibit of 300 rock posters which FatHead and I will be checking out later this month between skiing.

Bonjour, Courtney, thanks a lot for giving us news from you !
impatient to know the result of Mis Amigos remix context !yes !
and, watching the Sandy Skoglung website i’m impressed by her talent ! merci !
Speaking of FatHead…..when is he gonna get to show off his pipes and sing lead vocals on a song? Even Keith Richards got a lead vocal once in a while and he couldn’t carry a tune in a hat box!
How stark those pieces are, with a binary color system. It is a very large contrast to take in on a computer screen, I can only assume it was more so in person.
I can’t wait to hear the remixes. Any chance you will make them all available?
For the audience at home, here was my submission.
We accept this generous first effort at making up for the stinging diss (the hurt is deep) you gave us last month and look forward to more. Also, WE LOVE PORTLAND! I’ve never been unhappy there – well accept when you postponed the Roseland show
very sad. But Saturday Market and an evening at that Dirty Mary strip club place and the reggae place nearby helped.
